Create a table and make it actually visible
Creates a table, sets up its access rules, and checks that the publishable key can read it.
Please create a table. Follow this order.
1. Check the project identifier (ref) with list_projects. 2. Call list_policies once to find the project's three real role names. Role names differ per project; they are not anon/authenticated. 3. Create the table with run_sql. 4. Create access rules with run_sql. Skip this and nobody can see the table. You get an empty array back, not an error, so whoever made it doesn't notice. 5. Check with read_rows that it is actually visible. If it is empty, look at the role names in the rules again.
Read blackwall://access-rules first and step 4 won't trip you up.
