Adding file uploads

Creates a bucket and adds uploading and downloading.

Please add file uploads.

1. Read blackwall://storage. 2. Create a bucket with create_bucket. Set public: true only for things that are already public, such as profile pictures; everything else is private by default. 3. To upload, send the file bytes as they are to POST /storage/v1/object/<bucket>/<name>. 4. Check with list_buckets that it was created.
